Hi to all
It's been many months since Brian Hartgen has had some time off hosting shows, but we're giving him a break this weekend. Fortunately, we have a very large library of older radio shows we can call upon to give you some good entertainment. So all shows will run as usual, but they will just be older programmes.
He will be back with all the regular shows without exception next week.
The shows affected are:

The Music Machine: In it's place you can hear the Music Machine Golden Years 80's special, first broadcast on 24 June 2023.

Get Ready for a Blast from the Past!
Back in 2011, we launched the legendary show on Team-FM, Down For Double. Sunday nights at 7 PM became the hottest ticket in town! Brian and Lulu would join forces over Skype, creating a whirlwind of fun, chaos, and unforgettable moments. It was a wild ride where anything could happen!
From the week's craziest events to Lulu's legendary comebacks (she could dish it out just as well as she could take it), every episode was packed with laughter and surprises.

Hi everyone
As you will have gathered from our show Charts From the Past, at Team-FM we are great believers in preserving our British radio history.
It was on 25 July 1964, almost sixty years ago, when legendary British broadcaster Tony Blackburn took to the air on Radio Caroline for the first time.
To celebrate this broadcasting milestone, on Sunday at 9 PM we will run again our two hour documentary The Big Big Sound, the story of Tony Blackburn.

It has been some time since we have written, but we would like to thank everyone for listening to Team-FM and for sending us feedback and encouragement. It is very much appreciated and helps us keep the station moving forward!
A few things to tell you.
For interest, the best version of Team-FM, the one you enjoy now, has just celebrated its eighth birthday. We're not big on birthdays here and we usually forget them! But 19 June 2016 is when we launched this version of the station.

Well, it's nearly here, Santa will soon be on his way, and the Team-FM holiday programmes are in full swing! Whether you are wrapping presents, out with family and friends, or particularly if you are on your own during the festivities, why not drop into Team-FM for some company and hear some great entertainment. We hope that what we have to offer will also help with loneliness and keeping up your spirits. We have 125 hours of special programming still to come!

Christmas is coming! We know we are only halfway through the year but the time will soon go by.
We think about Christmas early here at team-fm as this is the time we begin planning our festive schedule of shows. Usually we have approximately 130 hours of extra programming during the holiday. By the time we reach July and August, we know what the full Christmas schedule is going to be.

Burt Bacharach is widely regarded as one of the most important and influential figures of 20th-century popular music.
Starting in the 1950s, he composed hundreds of pop songs, many in collaboration with lyricist Hal David. Sadly, he recently passed away at the age of 94.
The second hour of Sunday Gold this week consists of a documentary about the man who wrote seventy-three US and fifty-two UK Top 40 hits. You'll hear about many of his songs, from the people who worked with him and from Burt himself.
