Brian D, will get your Weekend on Track

Hi everyone. After a short, but busy week, today at 7PM in Ireland and the UK, or 3PM Eastern, I’d love it if you would allow me, Brian D, to get your Weekend on Track. I’ll do just that with 2 hours of up-beat feel good tunes, with a warm and friendly vibe. Together we’ll kiss the working week goodbye, and say hi to the Weekend that lies ahead.

Usual features will be here too:
• Kick-start. Setting the pace for the Weekend ahead. To get us on Track today, we’ll begin by hearing a band from San Francisco, who had their third top ten hit in 2012.
• The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. You’ll hear 3 versions of the same song, by 3 different artists. You can tell me if you’d like too, which one is Good, Bad or Ugly. It could be a close call between at least 2 of the versions today.
• Weekend Rewind. Taking you back to good things that you did in times gone by, through memories and music. Re-mixed and 12 inch versions of tracks were very popular in the 80’s. Most of the hits of the day, had accompanying 12 inch versions, which were interesting. This reminds me of good times, and I hope it does the same for you too. I’ll be playing some of the good ones in the Weekend Rewind today, and invite you to share yours with me too.
• The Team Fm Top Tune. There are several tracks released each week, but the Top Tune has to be top notch. Better than all the rest, you’ll hear it for the first time on Team Fm.

If you’d like to contact me now or during the show, it’s easy and I’d love to hear from you. You can:
