Tomorrow It's The Weekend!
Hi everybody. On Friday at 7PM in Ireland and the UK, or 2PM if you live on the East Coast of América, that’s the time when Brian D will be here, to Welcome you all to the Weekend. On the Station where, great music really does matter, there will be 2 hours of the finest feel good music, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, to set you up for the Weekend ahead.
Not only that, but it will be featured filled too:
- Kick-Start-Track. It’s the track that sets the pace for the Weekend ahead. Kicking off the Weekend this time, we’ll hear a tune released in 2013.
- 1 at the Weekend. We’ll hear 3 well-known number 1 singles from 3 different decades, that were at the top of the charts on this Weekend. I’ll also tell you about their chart history too.
- Singled out. In the days when music wasn’t available on demand, Was There a single you really wanted, and the only way you could get it was to save your pennies to buy it? The feeling when you had it in your hand was first class, especially when it was in Picture Cover.
- The Friday Disco. Do you remember dancing at the Disco in the 70’s and 80’s when Disco music was at its peak? I certainly do. In this segment of the show, I’ll take you back there, and play some of the very best in this genre of music.
- Brian D’s Hot Pick of the Week. A new release that grabbed my attention over the last 7 days. What will it be? You’ll have to tune in to see.
- The Team Fm Top Tune. We’ll hear a top notch new release, that’s simply the best. for the first time on Team Fm.
