The Weekend Always Feels Good

Hi everyone. When the Weekend comes around, it always has a feel good factor about it. It’s the time when the busy working week comes to a close, and you get the chance to do exactly what makes you feel good. On Friday at 7PM in Ireland and the UK, or 2PM Eastern, I’d love it if you could join me, Brian D, as I welcome you to the Weekend. I’ll have two hours of feel good music, along with friendly banter, to get you on track for the Weekend that lies ahead.

All our regular features will be here for you to enjoy and participate in if you’d like too:
• Kick-Start. The track that sets the pace for the Weekend ahead. I’ll begin with a track released in 2013, that has the power to make you feel on top of the world.
• The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Three versions of the same song, performed by 3 artists. You’re welcome to tell me which is Good, Bad or Ugly, if you’d like too.
• Weekend Rewind. Taking you back to good things that you did in times gone by. The TV plays a large part in the Weekend for some people, and provides a talking point for many people over a Coffee or a drink. I’ll rewind you back to popular TV shows from the past, by playing tunes associated with them, and sharing my memories of my favourite ones. If you’d like to share yours with me, I’d love to hear from you.
• The One That Got Away. A track that is not often heard on Radio. I’ll play a track from an Album released in 2011, by a female artist who began her career on the TV series American Idle in 2006.
