Feel Good Friday!

Hi everybody. Each Friday I look forward to spreading lots of feel good cheer across the airwaves, right into your ears. I do it with 2 hours of the finest selection of up-beat music, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with lots of banter along the way. Today at 7PM in Ireland and the UK, or 2PM Eastern, that’s the time when the shutters go down on the week that was, and the Weekend comes alive.

I’ll have the following features:
• Kick-Start-Track. It’s the track that sets the pace for the Weekend. Beginning with a UK number 1 from 2011, that got 1.6 billion views on YouTube.
• 1 at the Weekend. We’ll hear 3 well-known number 1 singles from 3 different decades, that were at the top on this Weekend in, 2015, 2009 and 1988, but in which country?
• Singled out. In the days when music wasn’t available on demand, Was There a single you really wanted, and the only way you could get it was to save your pennies to buy it. I’ll play a Single I saved for in 1980.
• The Friday Disco. In this segment of the show, we’ll relive those Disco Days from the 1970s and 80’s, when this genre of music was at its peak worldwide.
• Brian D’s Hot Pick. What new release grabbed my attention over the last 7 days? You’ll have to tune in to see.
• Team Fm Top Tune. This top notch new release is better than all the rest, and you can hear it for the first time today, on the station where great music is a must.
