Welcome to the Weekend, from a Funky Town!

Hi Everybody. Today At 7PM in Ireland and the UK, 2PM Eastern, I look forward to bringing another week to a close. I’ll do it in style and give you a warm and friendly Welcome to the Weekend, live from a Funky Town. Dublin Town, on the East Coast of Ireland. I’ll have 2 hours of feel good tunes, to unwind you from the past week, and set you up for the Weekend that lies ahead of you, leaving you feeling great.

Along with all that, I’ll also have:
• Kick-start. Setting the pace for the Weekend ahead. We’ll have you toe tapping with a Disco tune, released in 1980.
• The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. 3 versions of the same song, by 3 different artists. Your welcome to tell me which one you think is Good, Bad or Ugly.
• Weekend Rewind. Taking you back to good things that you did in times gone by, through memories and music. The TV series Glee produced some fine cover versions of well-known songs. Not only that, but I’ll tell you how it was created, and talk about some of the characters too. Your also welcome to share your favourite songs and memories with me.
• The Team Fm Top Tune. There are several tracks released each week, but the Top Tune must be top notch. Better than all the rest, and you’ll hear it for the first time on Team Fm today!
