The Music Machine: On the Cover of a Well-Known Magazine?

Hi everyone

I'm back with another edition of the Music Machine on Saturday at 7 PM in the UK, which is 2 PM US Eastern, if you'd like to tune in!

We usually have a feature called Compilation albums from the past. This week it's very much a Various Artists album from the present I'm previewing for you: Seventies Anthems, a box set of four CD's!

Vinyl countdown, playing a song from my record collection. In this segment, we go On and On.

Golden Years, celebrating 15 minutes each hour of a particular year through music, movie clips and TV. On Saturday we welcome 1980 and 1976.

Collectors Corner. This is a new feature, and recalls songs from the past we're very sure you would not have heard on the radio for many many years, if ever. I have a stock of these lined up for the coming weeks, some of which have been suggested by listeners. This time, we hear about "The Cover of the Radio Times!"

And, of course, the Musical Treasure Hunt. If you heard last week's show, you'll know there is a small crock of gold at the end! You have to find this week a massive hit from 1986 and there are four clues to get.
