The Music Machine is Back, and it's Feature-Packed!

Hi everyone

Now the holidays are over, it's time to get back to the regular Music Machine this Saturday at 7 PM UK time, 2 PM US Eastern.

I'd be happy to play songs you would like to hear, but I have the usual features too. What are they? I know its been quite some time since we had them due to our special shows, let me remind you.

Compilation albums . We look at two various artist albums each show. This time, we look at Chart Hits 83, and I Love Disco.

Vinyl Countdown, playing a song from my vinyl record collection. This time, we go back to August 1961!

Golden Years, hearing the music from this week in the charts from specific years, and I'll take you to the movies, we'll hear news clips and those TV adverts. This week it's 1988 and 1978.

And we mustn't forget, Musical Treasure Hunt. This time we're looking for a big hit from February 1978. Listen to the musical clues and see if you can get it.
