It's the Weekend, Take me Home

Hi everyone. I love the phrase, there’s no place like Home. Today at 7PM in Ireland and the UK, 2PM Eastern, I would love it if you could join me, Brian D, in my home on Team Fm, the station where great Music matters, where I will Welcome you to the Weekend. I’ll get your Weekend off on the right track, with 2 hours of feel good music, and plenty of friendly banter.

All our regular features will be here too, such as:
• Kick-start. The track that sets the pace for the Weekend ahead. We’ll Kick-Start with a feel good tune released in 2013.
• The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. This is where we hear three versions of the same song by three different artists. I invite you to tell me which one is Good, Bad or Ugly, if you’d like too.
• Weekend Rewind. Taking you back to good things that you did in times gone by, through memories and music. In 1999, I took the plunge and entered married life. Some things in my life have come and gone since then, but the person who took me on this Weekend in 1999, has remained with me since. I’ll play some tracks that were around in the charts then, and share some good memories and stories too.
• Team Fm Top Tune of the Week. A large number of Singles are released weekly. However, to carry the honour of being the Team Fm Top Tune of the Week, it has to be top notch, it must be better than the rest. Just before it comes on, you’ll be advised to crank the volume way up because it’s so good. Our choice for this week, will be revealed at some point during the show.
